Voor deze functie als Technisch Aankoper kom je terecht bij een internationaal actieve onderneming in regio Deinze. Het bedrijf is actief binnen de industriële sector en richt zich op de ontwikkeling en productie van technische oplossingen voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland.

Dankzij haar jarenlange expertise en sterke internationale marktpositie is de organisatie uitgegroeid tot een gevestigde waarde binnen haar sector. Binnen de onderneming werken verschillende afdelingen nauw samen om de productie en levering van technische producten vlot te laten verlopen.

Als Technisch Aankoper maak je deel uit van een omgeving waar technische kennis, samenwerking en efficiëntie een belangrijke rol spelen. Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, bestaande aankoopprocessen kritisch te bekijken en verbeteringen voor te stellen. Daarbij combineer je de dagelijkse opvolging van bestellingen met een bredere kijk op voorraadbeheer, leveranciersprestaties en kostenoptimalisatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Technisch Aankoper start je met het analyseren van MRP-voorstellen in het ERP-systeem, waarna je deze vertaalt naar concrete aankoopbeslissingen voor technische materialen en componenten
  • Vervolgens stem je de aankoopbehoeften af met productie, planning en logistiek, zodat de juiste materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn en de dagelijkse werking vlot blijft verlopen
  • Doorheen de dag houd je levertermijnen en leveranciersprestaties nauwlettend in de gaten en grijp je in bij mogelijke leveringsproblemen om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen
  • Daarnaast analyseer en optimaliseer je voorraadniveaus en aankoopparameters, waarbij je rekening houdt met minimale bestelhoeveelheden, veiligheidsvoorraden en mogelijke risico's binnen de supply chain
  • Tot slot kijk je verder dan de dagelijkse bestellingen en onderzoek je mogelijkheden om aankoopstromen, kostenbeheersing en leveranciersbeheer structureel te verbeteren
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, aangevuld met een sterke achtergrond binnen een technische of supply chain omgeving, is vereist en vormt de basis voor deze functie
  • Je beschikt over 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen technische aankoop in een productieomgeving, of kunt gelijkwaardige ervaring aantonen
  • Een grondige kennis van MRP/ERP-systemen, zoals SAP of Microsoft Dynamics, combineer je met technisch inzicht in tekeningen, specificaties en productieprocessen
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels, aangevuld met analytisch denkvermogen, overtuigingskracht en een resultaatgerichte aanpak waarbij je prioriteiten weet te stellen
