Bouw mee aan uitdagende technische projecten bij Equans. Als Technisch Administratief Bediende ondersteun je technische projecten van opstart tot oplevering en zorg je ervoor dat alles administratief en organisatorisch vlot verloopt. Je werkt in een omgeving waar techniek, samenwerking en projectwerking samenkomen en draagt dagelijks bij aan het succes van diverse projecten binnen IMACHS.

Wat ga je doen?

  • werfdossiers opmaken en beheren volgens de geldende ISO-procedures
  • nieuwe projecten aanmaken in interne systemen
  • nieuwe werven en contracten administratief voorbereiden
  • projectdocumentatie digitaal en fysiek structureren en beheren
  • klantenplatformen en documentbeheersystemen beheren en actualiseren
  • deadlines, aanvragen en rappels actief opvolgen
  • technische as-built dossiers samenstellen
  • opleveringen en technische metingen voorbereiden en ondersteunen
  • vergaderingen, veiligheidsbezoeken en projectgerelateerde afspraken coördineren
  • tevredenheidsenquêtes, bankgaranties, 4bis-documenten en andere contractuele documenten verzenden en opvolgen
  • projectdocumentatie beheren en archiveren
  • bestelbonnen opmaken en opvolgen
  • leveranciersfacturen administratief controleren
  • saldo's en rappels voorbereiden en opvolgen
  • interne facturaties aanvragen
  • facturatie-opvolging binnen het departement ondersteunen
  • correspondentie en aangetekende zendingen beheren
  • telefoon- en mailboxbeheer verzorgen
  • scans, documenten en administratieve dossiers verwerken
  • vergaderingen, evenementen en teamactiviteiten organiseren
  • onkostennota's verzamelen en verwerken
  • ondersteuning bieden bij diverse administratieve en organisatorische taken

  • minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een administratieve of technisch-administratieve functie
  • interesse in techniek, bouw, HVAC of technische projecten
  • ervaring met administratieve ondersteuning binnen een projectomgeving
  • sterke kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • ervaring met ERP-systemen of documentmanagementplatformen is een plus
  • georganiseerd werken en gemakkelijk overzicht bewaren
  • nauwkeurig werken met oog voor detail
  • initiatief nemen en proactief meedenken met het team
  • vlot en professioneel communiceren met interne en externe contacten
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands, een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en kennis van het Engels als extra troef
