Over de functie

Als Technisch Commercieel Ingenieur ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen klanten, verkopers en de centrale technische teams. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met technisch inzicht en begeleidt klanten doorheen het volledige proces: van offerte tot aflevering van voertuigen.

Je volgt projecten op, coördineert technische info, checkt voertuigen op locatie en zorgt voor een correcte implementatie van alle technische eisen uit tenderdossiers. Je rol is zowel operationeel, technisch als klantgericht.

Jouw takenpakket

1. Sales & administratieve ondersteuning

  • Opstellen van offertes en technische prijsberekeningen.
  • Controleren van bestelbonnen en documentatie.
  • Zorgen dat alle technisch-administratieve documenten voor de klant correct zijn.
  • Omzetten van lastenboeken naar concrete offertes en projectstappen.
  • Communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders over technische vereisten van tenderprojecten.

2. Technische opvolging van voertuigen

  • Controleren van te leveren voertuigen op kwaliteit en conformiteit.
  • Opvolgen van werkzaamheden aan nieuwe voertuigen in de workshop of op externe service centers.
  • Technische info verzamelen bij centrale teams en implementeren in dossiers.
  • Uitleg geven aan chauffeurs over hun nieuw voertuig (functionaliteiten, veiligheids­systemen, updates).

3. Coördinatie & klantenbegeleiding

  • Centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten met betrekking tot technische updates of implementaties.
  • Vertalen van technische informatie naar begrijpbare instructies voor klanten.
  • Regelmatig verplaatsen binnen België voor inspecties, overleveringen en klantbezoeken.
  • Afstemmen met internationale teams (Duitsland) bij complexe dossiers.

Jouw profiel

Diploma & kennis

  • Bachelor (elektromechanica, autotechnieken, industriële technieken, of gelijkwaardig).
  • Sterke affiniteit met alternatieve aandrijvingen (elektrisch, hybride, H2).
  • Ervaring met tenderdossiers, technische offertes of complexe calculaties.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Duits is een pluspunt (opleidingen in Duitsland mogelijk).

Vaardigheden & persoonlijkheid

  • Klantgericht, communicatief en professioneel.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen → technische info kunnen interpreteren.
  • Flexibel en bereid je regelmatig te verplaatsen binnen België.
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en in staat om technische dossiers correct op te volgen.
  • Je houdt van variatie tussen bureauwerk, klantcontact en technische checks op het terrein.
