Daarom gaan ze ook op zoek naar een extra collega Technisch Commercieel Medewerker.

Jouw functie als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker Als Technisch Commercieel Adviseur renovatie speel je een sleutelrol in het realiseren van onze commerciële doelstellingen. Je begeleidt klanten van hun eerste renovatieaanvraag tot een succesvolle opstart van het project.

Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op door transparant, correct en klantgericht te communiceren. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht denk je actief mee met de klant, informeer je hen over de verschillende mogelijkheden en geef je eerlijk advies op maat van hun renovatieproject. Je volgt inkomende aanvragen nauwkeurig op en onderhoudt proactief telefonisch contact met klanten. Daarnaast stem je af met collega’s zoals opmeters, plaatsers en projectleiders om samen tot de beste oplossing te komen. Je neemt initiatief, houdt de vaart erin en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct en efficiënt worden opgevolgd. Is de deal rond? Dan zorg jij voor een heldere overdracht naar de projectleider, zodat het verkochte project ook perfect uitgevoerd wordt.

Een veelzijdige functie dus, waarin commercieel talent, klantgerichtheid en sterke communicatie centraal staan.

  • Je kan bij voorkeur een 2-tal jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen in een gelijkaardige commerciële functie.
  • Beschik je over technische achtergrond in bouw, ramen en deuren of glas? Dan heb je alvast een streepje voor!
  • Je beschikt over een commerciële flair en een gezonde dosis enthousiasme.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en sterk klantgericht.
  • Je kan je naast het Nederlands, uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en een echte problem solver.
