Voor onze klant, een gevestigde Belgische speler in professionele garage- en werkplaatsuitrusting, zoeken wij een Technisch-Commercieel Afgevaardigde voor de regio West-Vlaanderen.

In deze functie combineer je commercieel klantencontact met technisch advies. Je beheert een bestaande klantenportefeuille binnen jouw regio en bouwt deze verder uit door actief nieuwe opportuniteiten te detecteren.

Concreet sta je onder meer in voor:

  • Het onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van relaties met bestaande klanten in West-Vlaanderen.
  • Actieve prospectie en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe klanten binnen jouw regio.
  • Het detecteren van investeringsbehoeften en commerciële opportuniteiten bij klanten.
  • Het adviseren van klanten over technische apparatuur, installaties en oplossingen voor de inrichting van professionele werkplaatsen.
  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen.
  • Het onderhandelen over en afsluiten van verkooptrajecten.
  • Het onderhouden van de klantenrelatie, zowel vanuit commercieel als technisch oogpunt.
  • De administratieve opvolging van je commerciële activiteiten en klantendossiers.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de interne technische en commerciële collega's.

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond, vanuit opleiding en/of relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en haalt voldoening uit klantencontact, advies en verkoop.
  • Ervaring met de verkoop van investeringsgoederen, technische installaties of equipment is sterk meegenomen.
  • Kennis van of ervaring binnen de automotive-, garage- of werkplaatsomgeving is een bijkomende troef.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en bent in staat om je eigen regio, klantenbezoeken en commerciële opvolging goed te organiseren.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht zonder het langetermijnbelang van de klantenrelatie uit het oog te verliezen.
