Jij bent de rechter hand van onze COO en biedt ondersteuning op verschillende vlakken, denk hierbij aan:

Telefoons, planningen, leveranciers, administratie, klanten, deadlines…

Chaos? Niet echt jouw ding. Jij brengt rust, structuur en zorgt dat dingen vooruitgaan.

Het ene moment volg je een bestelling op, het andere moment bereid je een meeting voor of los je iets praktisch op voor een werf. Geen puur administratieve job maar een rol waarin je mee de werking ondersteunt.

Jouw rol in onze missie:

  • Je volgt mee op dat bestellingen bevestigd zijn en dossiers volledig zijn vóór iemand erachter moet vragen
  • je ondersteunt bij de opmaak van offertes en projecten van de COO
  • Je filtert wat binnenkomt (mails, aanvragen, vragen) en zorgt dat prioriteiten bij onze COO terechtkomen
  • Je houdt de agenda en mailbox van de COO werkbaar en haalt eruit wat écht aandacht nodig heeft
  • Je volgt op wat blijft liggen — bij leveranciers, intern of op de werf — tot het opgelost is
  • Je merkt wanneer iets niet klopt (planning, administratie, communicatie) en zet in samenspraak met de COO recht.
  • Je bereid meetings voor tussen COO en het team en brengt hierna verslag uit.
  • Je denkt mee na over efficiëntie op de werkvloer

Wie ben jij als persoon?

  • Overzicht kunnen bewaren, snel kunnen schakelen en prioriteiten kunnen spotten/filteren
  • Denker én DOENER
  • Aangezien je ter ondersteuning van het management werkt verwachten we uitermate discretie wanneer je met gevoelige info in aanraking komt
  • Mature/professionele werkhouding
  • SOLUTIONS OVER PROBLEMS (bij problemen denk je meteen na over de oplossingen)
  • Een "pak het vast" mentaliteit, geen afwachtende houding
  • Sterke kennis van Excel
  • Gelijkaardige ervaring op gebied van management support is een grote plus
  • Open staan voor technische kennis in interieurbouw te vergroten
  • perfect Nederlandstalig
