Als Technisch Manager Vastgoed ben je de onmisbare schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en huurders. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het technisch onderhoud van onze panden soepel verloopt, waarbij klanttevredenheid altijd vooropstaat. Met jouw directe en correcte aanpak, gecombineerd met een sterke teamspirit en een afspraak-is-afspraak mentaliteit, maak jij het verschil in een markt waar kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid tellen. Over ons Van der Linden is een familiebedrijf dat meer dan 50 jaar actief is in vastgoedbeheer en makelaardij, met vestigingen in Almere, Amsterdam, Dronten, Lelystad en Zwolle. We zijn gespecialiseerd in de makelaardij en vastgoedmanagement en beheren meer dan 10.000 woningen voor institutionele beleggers, zorgorganisaties en woningcorporaties. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoering technisch beheer, o.a. uitoefenen van controle op de juiste uitvoering van onderhoudswerkzaamheden - Verantwoordelijk voor de aanbestedingen en contractvorming van inkoop van diensten binnen de visie - Verantwoordelijk voor de advisering aan opdrachtgevers - Initiëren, plannen en begeleiden van planmatig onderhoud - Adviezen geven over bouwkundige aanpassingen die leiden tot verhoging van de commerciële aantrekkelijkheid van het onroerend goed - Opstellen (meer-jaren) onderhoudsbegrotingen en budgetten - Bewaken financiële voortgang van de goedgekeurde budgetten - Het onderhouden van contacten met onder meer onder...
