Functieomschrijving Als Technisch Planontwikkelaar ben jij de schakel tussen ontwerp en realisatie. Je vertaalt architectonische plannen naar technisch uitvoerbare bouwplannen en zorgt ervoor dat alle details kloppen voordat het project de bouwplaats bereikt. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, constructeurs, calculatoren en uitvoerders om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. Daarnaast houd je rekening met wet- en regelgeving, duurzaamheidseisen en de nieuwste bouwtechnieken zoals BIM. Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces, van schetsontwerp tot en met de definitieve bouwtekeningen...
