Als Property Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en aansturen van het technische beheer van onze locaties. Jij bewaakt het dagelijks en planmatig onderhoud, geeft leiding aan onze huismeesters en schakelt met leveranciers en aannemers om alles efficiënt en veilig te laten verlopen. Met jouw overzicht en scherp oog voor kwaliteit en verbeterpunten zorg je dat woningen en gebouwen in topconditie blijven en bewoners kunnen genieten van een veilige en comfortabele woonomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Property Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van circa 2.000 woningen . Je coördineert onderhoud, stuurt personeel en externe partijen aan en zorgt dat alles veilig en in topconditie blijft. Functie-eisen - Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau - Meerdere jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Opleiding in Bouwkunde, Installatietechniek, Facilitair of Vastgoed (pré) - Ervaring met technisch vastgoedbeheer en gebouwinstallaties - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding - Rijbewijs B - Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen locaties en vindt het leuk om veel onderweg te zijn Wij geloven in inclusiviteit en sociale betrokkenheid.
