Voor een groeiende technische omgeving in Gingelom zoeken we een Technisch Tekenaar / Productontwikkelaar die graag schakelt tussen tekenwerk, productverbetering en praktische uitwerking. In deze rol vertaal je ideeën en technische noden naar duidelijke tekeningen, dossiers en werkbare oplossingen. Je denkt mee over vernieuwing, ondersteunt de productie en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om projecten vlot en nauwkeurig vooruit te helpen.

Je takenpakket is veelzijdig en combineert analytisch inzicht met hands-on betrokkenheid:

  • Uitwerken en aanpassen van technische tekeningen en productdocumentatie.
  • Opmaken van productie- en werktekeningen voor interne afdelingen.
  • Ondersteunen van werkvoorbereiding en technische dossiers.
  • Ontwikkelen en testen van nieuwe producten, materialen en toepassingen.
  • Verbeteren van bestaande producten, processen en productietechnieken.
  • Uitwerken van prototypes en proefopstellingen.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van technische productdata, stuklijsten en artikelstructuren.
  • Ondersteunen van automatisatie-, digitalisatie- en verbeterprojecten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie, planning, aankoop, sales en management.

Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte technische werking. Nauwkeurigheid, leergierigheid en een gezonde dosis initiatief zijn daarbij belangrijk, net als de wil om technische vraagstukken praktisch en doordacht aan te pakken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met 0 tot 3 jaar ervaring die technisch inzicht combineert met een gestructureerde manier van werken. Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange expertise te hebben, maar wel een sterke interesse in techniek, productontwikkeling en tekenwerk.

Je profiel ziet er idealiter als volgt uit:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bijvoorbeeld in mechanica, productontwikkeling, industriële wetenschappen, bouwkunde of een gelijkaardig domein.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en bij voorkeur ook opmaken of aanpassen in een CAD-omgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail in tekeningen, stukkenlijsten en technische documentatie.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en vertaalt technische input naar haalbare uitwerkingen.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in overleg met productie, aankoop, planning en andere interne teams.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe tools, processen en digitalisatie.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en kan zelfstandig taken opvolgen binnen duidelijke afspraken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van andere talen is een plus.

Daarnaast zijn enthousiasme, betrokkenheid en de bereidheid om mee te bouwen aan verbeteringen minstens zo belangrijk als een volledig uitgewerkt cv. Ook kandidaten met een eerste relevante ervaring of een sterke technische stage worden aangemoedigd om te reageren.
