Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en andere werkvoorbereiders om opdrachten om te zetten in perfect uitgewerkte projecten. Je taken omvatten het uitwerken en berekenen van projecten, het plaatsen van bestellingen, het voorbereiden van productiedocumentatie, het onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers en bouwpartners, en het beantwoorden van technische vragen. Daarnaast verwerk je alle projectgegevens en afspraken in Navision en zorg je ervoor dat deze up-to-date blijven. Deze rol vereist sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, stressbestendigheid, assertiviteit en een proactieve houding. Je behoudt het overzicht, zelfs wanneer planningen wijzigen, en houdt daarbij rekening met zowel de klant als het bedrijf.
