ATT Automatik Türen Tirol spezialisiert sich seit 1992 auf automatisch betriebene Produkte, sowohl im privaten Bereich als auch in Industrie und Gewerbe. Wir begleiten unsere KundInnen von der Planung über die Montage bis hin zur jährlichen Wartungen und gegebenenfalls anfallenden Reparaturen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Mayrhofen suchen wir: 1 Technische Assistenz (m/w/d)

Das bringst du mit:

-Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Matura, FH oder Vergleichbares)

-Berufserfahrung in einem handwerklich-technischen Bereich

-Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift

-Strukturierte, eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

-Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

-Regionale Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Tirols

-Führerschein B

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss - damit hebst du dich hervor:-Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich (Assistenz der GF, Technische Assistenz, Projektleitung...)

-Erfahrung im Bereich Türen/Tore oder Gebäudetechnik

-Erfahrung in der Koordination / Führung eines Teams

Deine Aufgaben:

Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung:

Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung im täglichen Betrieb, bereitest Unterlagen und Informationen vor und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles rundläuft.

Vertretung der Geschäftsführung:

Bei Abwesenheit der Geschäftsführung übernimmst du definierte Agenden, triffst operative Entscheidungen im Rahmen deiner Kompetenz und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Partner.

Einsatzplanung Montage- & Serviceteams:

Du wirkst bei der Koordination unserer Montage- und Serviceteams im Tiroler Raum mit, stimmst Termine ab und behältst laufende Einsätze im Blick.

Projektabwicklung von Angebot bis Fertigstellung:

Du begleitest Projekte von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftragserteilung bis zur Fertigstellung und sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe, Termine und Zuständigkeiten klar geregelt sind.

Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Lieferanten & Mitarbeitenden

Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitenden, koordinierst Rückfragen und stellst sicher, dass Informationen dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden.
