INEOS is één van de grootste werkgevers in de Belgische chemie. We tellen vandaag meer dan 3000 werknemers verspreid over 12 productie- en R&D-sites: Doel, Brussel, Feluy, Geel (2), Jemeppe-sur-Sambre, Lillo (2), Neder-over-Heembeek, Zandvliet (2) en Zwijndrecht.

Project ONE zal meer dan 4 miljard Euro investeren in een “state of the art” Ethaan Cracker en de daarbij horende ondersteunende voorzieningen voor utilities, opslag en energie (OSBL). Het doel is om ‘best in class’ te worden binnen de Europese Cracker Industrie waarbij onze veiligheids- en milieustandaarden die van reeds bestaande concurrerende Crackers sterk zullen overtreffen.

Wij zoeken een Technology Integrity Engineer voor INEOS Olefins Belgium NV met vestiging in Lillo.

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

  • Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en verbeteren van standaarden, procedures en specificaties voor: Beschermende coatings,- verf- en bekledingssystemen. Passieve brandbescherming (fireproofing) Thermische en cryogene isolatie. Preventie en beheersing van corrosie onder de isolatie (CUI) Kathodische beschermingssystemen. Refractaire bekledingen (vuurvaste materialen). Corrosiemonitoringstechnieken. Flensintegriteit en beheer van boutverbindingen. Niet-destructieve en destructieve testmethodes. …
  • Beheren van het corrosie- en asset preservation programma om degradatie en integriteitsverlies van installaties te voorkomen. Ontwikkelen en beheren van coating- en beschermingsprogramma's. Beheer van de CUI-strategie (Corrosion Under Insulation). Opstellen van isolatiespecificaties met focus op integriteit en vochtpreventie. Toezicht houden op inspecties en herstel van fireproofing-systemen. Opvolgen van de prestaties van kathodische beschermingssystemen. Uitwerken van corrosiemonitoring en uitvoeren van corrosieanalyses. Identificeren van degradatiemechanismen en voorstellen van verbetermaatregelen. Ondersteunen van fitness-for-service beoordelingen bij corrosieschade. Analyseren van corrosietrends en opstellen van verbeterplannen. Signaleren van risico's voor asset integrity en ontwikkelen van duurzame oplossingen. Technische ondersteuning bieden aan projecten en MOC-trajecten rond corrosiebescherming, coatings, isolatie, fireproofing en aanverwante technologieën.
  • Indentificeren van risico’s voor asset integrity en loss of containment en het ontwikkelen van duurzame beheersmeetregelen. vb. Falen van coatings en beschermlagen, corrosie, aantasting fireproofing-systemen…
  • Gespecialiseerde technische ondersteuning aan projecten en MOC-trajecten rond corrosiebeheersing, isolatie, coatings, kathodische bescherming, refractory- en fireproofing systement.

PROFIEL

  • Masterdiploma in werktuigkunde, elektromechanica, chemie, mechanica...
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands en goede kennis Engels vereist.
  • Grondige kennis van coatingsystemen, oppervlaktevoorbehandeling en coatinginspecties (o.a. ISO 12944, SSPC, NACE/AMPP, CINI).
  • Sterke kennis van corrosie onder isolatie (CUI) en preventiemaatregelen.
  • Kennis van ontwerp, monitoring en onderhoud van kathodische beschermingssystemen.
  • Kennis van passieve brandbeschermingssystemen (fireproofing) en inspectiemethoden.
  • Kennis van vuurvaste bekledingen (refractory) voor ovens en procesinstallaties.
  • Vertrouwd met relevante normen en best practices inzake corrosiebeheer en asset preservation.
  • Vermogen om corrosiegegevens te analyseren en effectieve beheers- en verbeterprogramma's op te zetten.
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Georganiseerd en gestructureerd, met oog voor detail en een planmatige aanpak.
  • Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en in staat om complexe vraagstukken grondig te doorgronden.
