Bij AVEX werken wij met bijna 300 collega's vanuit 5 vestigingen in Nederland, België en de UK aan grote en kleine projecten op het gebied van audiovisuele projectinrichting en eventsupport. Wij groeien hard en zijn om deze reden op zoek naar kandidaten voor de functie van: Tendermanager (32-40 uur) Als Tendermanager bij AVEX ben jij niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven van een winnende tender. Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter de strategie. Jij overziet het volledige speelveld, stuurt op inhoud en proces, en weet als geen ander hoe je de directie en stakeholders overtuigt van de juiste koers. Vanaf de eerste analyse tot en met de indiening heb jij de regie. Je brengt structuur in de dynamiek van complexe aanbestedingen en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar een onderscheidende strategie. Samen met een multidisciplinair kernteam zorg je voor een kwalitatief sterke en onderscheidende inschrijving. Wat jouw rol uniek maakt bij AVEX: wij investeren continu in het optimaliseren en automatiseren van onze tenderprocessen. Repetitieve taken nemen wij zoveel mogelijk weg, zodat jij je volledig kunt richten op waar jij het verschil maakt; strategie, klantinzicht en positionering. Daarnaast kijken we vooruit: we hebben de ambitie om jou als Tendermanager al in de voorfase te betrekken. Samen met accountmanagement ga je in gesprek met prospects, zodat je vroegtijdig de klantvraag kan scherpstellen richting toekomstige aanbestedingen. Wat ga je doen? - Strategie bepalen en sturen: Jij ontwikkelt de winnende tenderstrategie en weet deze overtuigend over te brengen naar directie en stakeholders. - Regie voeren over het proces: Je managed alle dynamiek binnen tenders en houdt grip op deadlines, stakeholders, prijsproces en kwaliteit. - Coördineren van het EMVI-proces: Je bewaakt het...
