Für unseren Kunden im Raum Linz suchen wir ab sofort einen Test Strategy Manager (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams. 1 Test Strategy Manager (w/m/d) 38,5 Stunden pro Woche º unbefristet º Frühester Beginn ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

* Du entwickelst die unternehmensweite Teststrategie kontinuierlich weiter

* Du analysierst bestehende Strukturen und formst daraus ein modernes Testing Operating Model

* Du bringst Themen wie Shift-Left, Automatisierung und Continuous Testing konsequent voran

* Du harmonisierst Prozesse, Tools und Standards über Teams hinweg

* Du etablierst KPIs, die Transparenz schaffen und echte Steuerung ermöglichen

* Du berätst verschiedene Stakeholder in unterschiedlichen Programmen, Projekten und Management-Ebenen in strategischen Testfragen

* Du begleitest Transformationen und sorgst dafür, dass Qualität auch im Wandel stabil bleibt

Dein Profil

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Testmanagement oder in strategischen QA-Rollen

* Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Testorganisationen oder Aufbau neuer Teststrukturen

* Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Delivery-Modelle (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)

* Erfahrung im Change Management in komplexen Organisationen

* Strukturierte, konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise und Umsetzungsstärke

* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Stakeholdern

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (z.B. Finanzdienstleistungen)

* Entsprechend gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
