* Aktive therapeutische Arbeit mit Patient:innen im Rahmen von Einzel- und Gruppentherapien, sowie Mitgestaltung individueller Rehabilitationsverläufe * Verantwortung für eine hohe Therapiequalität und patient:innenorientierte Betreuung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem interdisziplinären Team * Fachliche und personelle Verantwortung für den Therapiebereich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der kollegialen Führung * Verantwortung für die Umsetzung rehabilitationsspezifischer Qualitäts- und Leistungsstandards im Therapiebereich * Mitwirken bei der Organisation und Strukturierung eines effizienten Therapiealltags * Förderung der Kommunikation zwischen den Berufsgruppen, Durchführung von Dienstbesprechungen und Teilnahme an hausinternen interdisziplinären Besprechungen * Ansprechpartner:in fürs Team und die Patient:innen * Begleitung von Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter:innen und Praktikant:innen * Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Arbeitsprozessen, Hygienebestimmungen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Therapiebereich (vorzugsweise Physiotherapie). Auch Bewerber:innen aus anderen therapeutischen Gesundheitsberufen mit Erfahrung in der Rehabilitation und/oder Führung sind herzlich eingeladen, sich zu bewerben * Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister * Freude an der direkten Arbeit mit Patient:innen und dem Wunsch, Führung mit therapeutischer Tätigkeit zu verbinden * Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, Erfahrung mit BAP von Vorteil * Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und Teamorientierung, insbesondere Wertschätzung im Umgang mit Patient:innen sowie Mitarbeiter:innen * Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildungen * Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Interesse an den spezifischen Anforderungen der Rehabilitation mit Fokus Onkologie und Stoffwechsel * Offenheit für Innovationen des medizinischen Konzepts
