Vivaldis Mechelen zoekt voor een gespecialiseerd detacheringsbedrijf in industriële dienstverlening zoekt Vivaldis een TIG lasser voor projecten in de regio in geheel Vlaams-Brabant. Je werkt mee aan technisch onderhoud en constructiewerken binnen industriële omgevingen.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • TIG lassen van buizen in RVS, koolstofstaal en diverse legeringen
  • Assembleren en aflassen van verschillende constructieonderdelen
  • Instellen, afregelen en correct gebruiken van lasposten
  • Selecteren van het juiste lasmetaal in functie van de uit te voeren verbinding
  • Uitvoeren van hoeknaad-, plaat- en pijpverbindingen
  • Lassen van plaatdiktes van 0,5 mm tot meer dan 20 mm
  • Puntlassen en afwerken van constructies
  • Controleren van de conformiteit en kwaliteit van het laswerk
  • Evalueren en herstellen van fouten (lasnaden, oppervlaktestaat, afzettingen)

Je komt terecht in een technische werkomgeving waar kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan. Dankzij het projectmatige karakter krijg je de kans om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en ervaring op te doen in diverse industriële toepassingen.

Profiel

Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde lasser met een technische achtergrond en een passie voor metaalbewerking.

  • Je behaalde een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting
  • Je beschikt over TIG-lascertificaten of bent bereid deze te behalen
  • Ervaring (0–2 jaar) in TIG-lassen is een pluspunt
  • Planlezen (mechanisch) is een extra troef
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-attest of bereid dit binnen 3 maanden te behalen
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling in dagdienst
