Du möchtest deine Erfahrung aus dem Tischlerhandwerk in einer technisch anspruchsvollen Innendienstposition einsetzen? Du arbeitest gerne mit technischen Zeichnungen und individuellen Kundenlösungen und möchtest dein Fachwissen gezielt in der Kundenbetreuung einbringen? Deine Aufgaben:

* Prüfung und technische Klärung eingehender Kundenaufträge

* Telefonische und schriftliche Abstimmung mit bestehenden Kunden

* Klärung fehlender oder unklarer Bestellinformationen

* Prüfung der technischen Umsetzbarkeit individueller Kundenwünsche

* Vorbereitung der Aufträge für die weitere interne Bearbeitung

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst und der Arbeitsvorbereitung

* Fachlicher Support für Kunden aus dem Tischlereihandwerk

Deine Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler:in oder Tischlermeister:in

* Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Tischlerhandwerk

* Sicheres Lesen und Verstehen technischer Zeichnungen und Pläne

* Gutes Verständnis für Maße, Konstruktionen und technische Zusammenhänge

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* CAD-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

* Freundliche und professionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden

* Genaue, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Pünktlichkeit
