Wij dragen bij aan een gezonde en veilige leefomgeving en daar zijn we trots op. Voor het team Asbest en sloop zijn we op zoek naar een toezichthouder met focus op bedrijfsmatige en particuliere sloopmeldingen. Wat ga je doen?:: Je zoekt uit, controleert en reguleert of bedrijven en particulieren in de regio zich wel aan wet- en regelgeving houden. Jij zorgt samen met je collega's voor een veilige fysieke leefomgeving. Als toezichthouder asbest en sloop ben je in staat om sloopmeldingen te beoordelen. Daarnaast houdt je risicogericht… Eerste gedeelte van de opdrachtomschrijving. Eisen - Heb je ten minste drie jaar werkervaring met toezicht bij de overheid - Of je bent bereid om je op korte termijn op deze terreinen te verbreden door middel van opleidingen - Je beschikt over een goed ontwikkeld analytisch vermogen, goede communicatieve- en adviesvaardigheden en je bent besluitvaardig. - Je beschikt over overtuigingskracht, bent vasthoudend en beschikt over realistische oordeelsvorming. - Voor dit werk zoeken wij een energieke persoonlijkheid met MBO+ werk- en denkniveau - Zijn gedegen kennis en liefst meerdere jaren ervaring met asbestregelgeving (beoordelen meldingen en toezicht) van cruciaal belang. Hiervoor beschik je tenminste over het certificaat ADK SC-570 - Heb je kennis en ervaring van hoe sloop wordt uitgevoerd en deze inzet in beoordeling van een sloopveiligheidsplan. - Je denkt consequent in oplossingen en kansen en bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B. - Beschik je over natuurlijk overzicht en neem je initiatief.
