The posting

Voor deze leer-werkplek is eerdere ervaring op een torenkraan niet nodig. Wij investeren in jouw opleiding tot gecertificeerd vaste torenkraanmachinist (TCVT W4-01).

Wat we wél van je vragen qua achtergrond:

Je hebt bij voorkeur al eens op een bouwplaats, in een werkplaats of in de logistiek gewerkt;

Je bent gewend aan vroege werktijden en hebt gevoel voor veiligheid;

Je hebt een goede basis in rekenen (nodig voor het theorie-examen en lastberekeningen);

Je beschikt over een proactieve houding en bent bereid het vak in de praktijk te leren van onze vaste leermeesters.

Heb jij affiniteit met techniek en bouw, en wil je letterlijk naar een hoger niveau tillen? Wij zijn een gespecialiseerd bedrijf in verticaal transport en kraanverhuur, gerund door vakmensen die zelf dagelijks met passie op de kraan staan. Wij geloven in de kracht van nieuw talent en bieden jou een uniek leer-werktraject aan om opgeleid te worden tot volwaardig, gecertificeerd vaste torenkraanmachinist TCVT W4-06.

De functie en jouw leertraject

Je hoeft het vak nog niet te kennen; wij leren het je vanaf de basis. Tijdens een proefperiode loop je direct mee op toonaangevende bouwprojecten onder persoonlijke begeleiding van onze ervaren machinisten. Je leert hoe de bouwplaats communiceert, hoe lasten veilig worden aangeslagen en hoe je de kraan bedient. Ondertussen behaal je via een erkende opleider jouw officiële TCVT-certificaat. Zodra je papiertje binnen is, ga je direct zelfstandig aan de slag met een vast contract en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden.

De uitdagingen van het werk.

Als torenkraanmachinist ben jij het hart van het project: zonder jou staat de bouw stil. Dat brengt prachtige, maar serieuze uitdagingen met zich mee

Grote verantwoordelijkheid Je verplaatst zware bouwmaterialen hoog boven je collegas op de grond. Veiligheid en precisie staan voorop.

Focus en zelfstandigheid

Je zit urenlang geconcentreerd in de cabine, houdt overzicht over het hele bouwterrein en vertrouwt op duidelijke communicatie via de portofoon.

Reken- en inzichtwerk Je leert hijstabellen feilloos lezen en inschatten wat wind, vlucht en gewicht doen met de kraan.
