Vos responsabilités en tant que Training Coordinator sont les suivantes :

  • Vous coordonnez l'organisation des formations proposes par la société de A à Z ;
  • Vous gérez le planning des formations ;
  • Vous préparez le matériel de formation destiné aux participants ;
  • Vous gérez la logistique de l'évènement le jour même (catering, accueil, déplacements)
  • Vous gérez certains projets liés au développement de l'entreprise.

Quel profil recherchons-nous pour ce poste de Training Coordinator ?

  • Vous justifiez une expérience concluante dans l'organisation d'évènements.
  • Vous avez une excellente maitrise du français, de l'anglais et du néerlandais.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec la suite Office et les ERP.
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer les priorités et les imprévus et vous présentez en ambassadeur de la société.
