Voor een internationaal bedrijf in Rotterdam zoeken we een Transport Coördinator die de goederenstroom bewaakt en zorgt dat elke zending op tijd vertrekt. Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen € 2.800 en € 4.000 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Een 13e maand; - Dagelijks een verzorgde lunch en gezellige bedrijfsuitjes; - Een laptop en telefoon van de zaak. Wat ga je doen als Transport Coördinator - Coördineren van inbound en outbound transporten via weg, zee en lucht; - Opstellen en controleren van verzenddocumentatie en transportdocumenten; - Bewaken van de goederenstroom en signaleren van afwijkingen in de planning; - Schakelen met vervoerders, expediteurs en interne afdelingen over zendingen; - Verwerken van transportopdrachten in het TMS en ERP. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Transport Coördinator - Een afgeronde opleiding op mbo- of hbo-niveau richting logistiek of transport; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen transport of expeditie; - Nauwkeurig en stressbestendig, ook als meerdere zendingen tegelijk aandacht vragen; - Bekend met verzenddocumentatie en bij voorkeur met incoterms; - Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste. Over de organisatie Je werkt bij een internationaal bedrijf in Rotterdam met zo'n 250 medewerkers. De transportafdeling vormt de spil van de operatie: dagelijks vertrekken hier tientallen zendingen richting bestemmingen in Europa en daarbuiten. Je schakelt nauw met de afdeling inkoop, het magazijn en externe vervoerders om de logistieke keten soepel te laten draaien. Rotterdam is al decennialang het knooppunt voor dit bedrijf, en de ambitie om verder te groeien in nieuwe afzetmarkten maak...
