Bouw elke dag mee aan een vlekkeloze exportplanning

In deze rol neem je de dagelijkse exportplanning naar Ierland in handen. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen tijdig worden afgehaald, correct worden ingepland en volgens afspraak hun bestemming bereiken. Wanneer er zich uitdagingen voordoen, schakel je snel en hou je alle betrokken partijen proactief op de hoogte. Een functie met verantwoordelijkheid, impact én heel wat ruimte om je logistieke expertise verder uit te bouwen.

Je kan rekenen op:

  • Opstellen en beheren van de exportplanning voor groupagezendingen en deelpartijen richting Ierland.
  • Voorbereiden van afhalingen in België en afstemmen met de interne transportdiensten.
  • Organiseren van leveringen vanuit Ierland en coördineren van alle praktische afspraken.
  • Opvolgen van ferryvertrekken en bewaken van kritische deadlines.
  • Boeken van containers bij ferrymaatschappijen.
  • Opmaken van laadlijsten en zorgen voor een correcte informatiestroom.
  • Coördineren van de nodige douaneformaliteiten.
  • Proactief communiceren met klanten bij wijzigingen of vertragingen

Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische logistieke omgeving waar geen enkele dag identiek is. Strakke planningen, klantverwachtingen en operationele uitdagingen geven je energie in plaats van stress.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Ervaring als transportplanner, expediteur of binnen een vergelijkbare logistieke functie.
  • Een vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en commercieel inzicht.
  • Ervaring met groupage- en consolidatietransporten.
  • Een zelfstandige, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Kennis van douaneformaliteiten of pricing is een interessante meerwaarde
