Vanuit vijf locaties staan we klaar voor ruim 900.000 inwoners en alle bezoekers van onze stad. Je begrijpt, het is altijd druk. Daarom zoeken we nieuwe triagisten ter versterking van ons team. Als triagist bij Huisartsenposten Amsterdam ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten met een acute zorgvraag in de avond, nacht en weekenden. Jij beoordeelt de urgentie, stelt gerust waar nodig en zorgt dat patiënten snel de juiste zorg krijgen. Je werkt in een betrokken team, krijgt een goed salaris met toeslagen tot 60% én volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. "De dynamiek, geen dag is hetzelfde bij de huisartsenspoedpost! Je weet niet wie je aan de telefoon krijgt en wat de situatie gaat zijn. Je moet continu schakelen tussen verschillende situaties en emoties.Dus je moet echt stressbestendig zijn voor dit vak, je maakt soms heftige situaties mee aan de telefoon.
