In deze functie neem jij de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de voorbereiding en uitvoering van bouwprojecten. Jij bewaakt de voortgang, stuurt het team aan en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, maar staat er nooit alleen voor: je werkt in een omgeving met korte lijnen, open communicatie en collegiale samenwerking. Wat ga je doen? - Leidinggeven aan de uitvoeringsfase van projecten (zowel technisch als organisatorisch) - Aansturen van het uitvoeringsteam en bouwpartners - Bewaken van tijd, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, kopers, leveranciers en onderaannemers - Rapporteren aan de projectleider over de voortgang en procesmatige zaken - Deelnemen aan bouwvergaderingen en werkbesprekingen Wie je bent (of wil worden): Jij bent een vakman met ondernemersgeest, die zelfstandig werkt en het overzicht houdt. Je bent gewend om beslissingen te nemen en te sturen op resultaat - kwaliteiten die je nu in een loondienstverband kunt inzetten met de zekerheid van continuïteit en een sterk team achter je. Wij zoeken iemand met: - Minimaal mbo bouwkunde - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de bouw - Technische kennis en betrokkenheid bij projecten - Ervaring met Excel, Word, Navision en CAD - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands - Een oplossingsgerichte, klantgerichte en betrokken instelling Functieoverzicht .
