Bouw dan mee met JP en word onze nieuwe Uitvoerder VOR! Over de functie Als Uitvoerder VOR ben jij de spil in de realisatie van onze kleinschalige utiliteitsprojecten tot circa 10 miljoen euro. Vanuit onze standplaats in Houten zorg jij ervoor dat de projecten op de bouwplaats vlekkeloos verlopen. Jij verbindt opdrachtgevers, bouwplaatsmedewerkers, onderaannemers en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning, budget en de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden wordt uitgevoerd. In deze rol sta je o.a. voor: - Regie op de bouwplaats - Je coördineert en stuurt de uitvoering van meerdere projecten en bewaakt de voortgang. - Planningsbewaking - Je stelt planningen op, volgt ze op en zorgt voor een strakke manurenbewaking. - Veiligheid & kwaliteit - Jij hebt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden conform wet- en regelgeving worden uitgevoerd. - Stakeholdermanagement - Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen en weet hen op één lijn te houden. - Flexibiliteit - Je bent in staat om te schakelen tussen diverse projecten en weet je aandacht goed te verdelen.
