Dan ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres! Als Uitvoerder in regio West bij Van Gelder ga je aan de slag met allerlei soorten werken en projecten. Van grond- en rioolwerk tot de aanleg van bedrijven terreinen en het bouw- en woonrijp maken. Jij gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg! Wat ga je doen? Jouw projecten bevinden zich door heel Zuid-Holland. Zo maken we samen met de Gemeente Rotterdam projecten in het Stadse Werken 2, werken we aan een groot wegenonderhoud voor Waterschap Hollandse Delta en aan project STAR op de Maasvlakte. De duur van projecten is ook divers, omdat we werken met raamcontracten en RAW-contracten. Als uitvoerder ben jij degene die: - Het uitvoerende team, onderaannemers en leveranciers aanstuurt; - Zorgt voor een goede voorbereiding, zodat we topwerk kunnen leveren en iedereen veilig kan werken; - De planning volgt, de financiën scherp in de gaten houdt en de voortgang rapporteert aan de projectleider; - Het team positief aanstuurt en begeleidt voor optimale prestaties; - Actief bijdraagt aan onze duurzame ambities; - Streeft naar het beste resultaat met een goede balans tussen kwaliteit en efficiëntie. We hebben 3 teams die allemaal aangestuurd worden door een andere projectleider. Deze teams maken alle werken in de regio en zitten allemaal bij elkaar in de buurt. Hierdoor wordt er onderling veel samengewerkt, zoals kennisdeling en het uitwisselen van collega's. Hoe dan ook: we staan voor elkaar klaar!
