Zorg er samen met jouw boorploegen voor dat onze projecten op de juiste manier en binnen de afgesproken tijd en budget worden uitgevoerd. Binnen ons familiebedrijf krijg jij alle ruimte en middelen om je zelf verder te ontwikkelen. Word jij de nieuwe uitvoerder van A.Hak Drillcon? Je komt terecht in een ervaren boorploeg, waardoor je goed wordt ingewerkt en nooit aan je lot wordt overgelaten. Ook als je nog wat minder ervaring hebt, krijg je de kans om in deze rol te groeien. Als uitvoerder stuur je één boorploeg aan. Met jouw natuurlijke overwicht en mensenkennis zorg je voor een hecht team waarin iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je verdeelt het werk efficiënt, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering soepel verloopt. Je bereidt iedere boring zorgvuldig voor: van een globaal plan van aanpak tot een gedetailleerd werkplan. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd binnen de gestelde budgetten en overeengekomen kwaliteitseisen. In deze rol werk je uitsluitend aan interne projecten binnen ons familiebedrijf. Dat betekent korte communicatielijnen, vaste collega's en veel ruimte voor overleg en samenwerking. Jij bent binnen onze organisatie het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met de booractiviteiten te maken heeft en bewaakt alle uitvoeringsaspecten van het werk.
