Wat ga je doen? - Als Uitvoerder Piping & Mechanical krijg je de dagelijkse leiding over een team van monteurs en pijpfitters op een grote industriële locatie in Amsterdam. Je stuurt je ploeg aan, houdt het overzicht op de werkzaamheden en zorgt dat alles veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning verloopt. Jouw focus ligt op onderhouds-, reparatie- en modificatiewerkzaamheden aan leidingwerk en werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Op een gemiddelde werkdag verdeel je de taken, begeleid je jouw team, controleer je het werk en onderhoud je contact met de werkvoorbereiding en projectleiding. Je beoordeelt technische tekeningen, signaleert afwijkingen en bewaakt de voortgang. Je bent veel op de werkvloer aanwezig, houdt alles scherp in de gaten en denkt praktisch mee met de uitvoering. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid en kwaliteit op de locatie. Ben jij een leider die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, midden in het werk staat en houdt van een dynamische en verantwoordelijke functie? Dan is dit jouw kans! Wat verwachten wij? - - Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder, voorman of supervisor in piping & mechanical - Aantoonbare ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving - Praktische kennis van industrieel leidingwerk en werktuigbouwkundige installaties - Ervaring met het aansturen van monteurs en/of pijpfitters - Kunnen lezen en beoordelen van technische tekeningen en isometrics - Sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en bekend met werkvergunningen - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands - In het bezit van VCA-VOL of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen - Ervaring in tankterminals, petrochemie, raffinage, olie & gas of zware procesindustrie is een pre - Overtuigend leiderschap, plannen en organiseren, overzicht houden Wat bieden wij? - - Langduri...
