Je kunt de ene keer op de bouwplaats staan bij de nieuwbouw van een ziekenhuisvleugel en een ander moment betrokken zijn bij een zwembad of vakantiepark. De projecten verschillen in omvang en type, waardoor je als uitvoerder breed ervaring opbouwt. Je werkt binnen een eigen bouwbedrijf dat onderdeel is van een grotere bouwfamilie. Daardoor zijn de lijnen op de projecten kort, terwijl je ook gebruik kunt maken van kennis en disciplines binnen de groep. Wat ga je doen? Je bent op de bouwplaats verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering. Je bewaakt de planning, stuurt vakmensen en onderaannemers aan en zorgt dat het werk volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Je stemt af met de werkvoorbereider en projectleider en grijpt in wanneer de planning of uitvoering daarom vraagt. Jouw werkzaamheden • Aansturen van de dagelijkse uitvoering op utiliteitsprojecten • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en voortgang • Aansturen van onderaannemers en bouwplaatsmedewerkers • Overleggen met werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding en opdrachtgevers • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten • Begeleiden van projecten tot en met oplevering Wat levert het jou op?
