Limburg.net is de afvalintercommunale die verantwoordelijk is voor het afvalbeleid van 39 gemeenten en weet dan ook van aanpakken. Functie

Heb je oog voor detail en hou je van een gevarieerde job? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! je comibineert juridisch werk met documentbeheer en draagt zo bij een aan efficiënte werking van onze organisatie

Takenpakket

  • Samenwerken met de betrokken afdelingen en de manager juridische zaken bij de opmaak van bestekken, gunningsvoorstellen en andere documenten inzake overheidsopdrachten.
  • Instaan voor de administratieve opvolging van aanbestedingsprocedures zodat deze efficiënt, correct en transparant verlopen.
  • De wetgeving overheidsopdrachten actief opvolgen en vertalen naar de organisatiepraktijk.
  • Werken met het online publicatieplatvform voor het publiceren en beheren van overheidsopdrachten.
  • Toezien op de correcte opvolging van overeenkomsten en aankoopdossiers.
  • De diensten actief ondersteunen door een (pro)actieve rol op te nmen in de marktbenadering, leveranciersrelaties en onderhandelingen.
  • Collega's ondersteunen en opleiden in het correct gebruik van het intern documentbeheersysteem en de interne aankoopprocedures.

Profiel

  • Als verantwoordelijke aankoop ben je betrouwbaar, nauwkeurig en strategisch.
  • Je hebt een proactieve werkstijl met oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je werkt opdrachten methodisch en gestructureerd af.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondig als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma, type rechtspraak, juridisch administratief management, bestuurskunde,... of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Kennis wetgeving overheidsopdrachten strekt tot aanbeveling maar is geen must.
  • Kennis van Business central is een pluspunt.
