  • Leiding geven aan het technisch team (6 medewerkers) en hen coachen in hun dagelijkse taken
  • 70% op de werkvloer: meewerken en problemen hands-on aanpakken
  • 30% bureauwerk: plannen, organiseren en strategisch meedenken over onderhoud en verbeteringen
  • Beheer van de technische afdeling en ervoor zorgen dat de productie optimaal kan werken
  • Optimalisatie en preventief onderhoud om de continuïteit en efficiëntie van de productie te garanderen
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe partners om verbeteringen en innovaties door te voeren.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Ervaring/kennis elektromechanica, mechanica in een productieomgeving . Wij voorzien een grondig opleidingsplan met goede begeleiding, waardoor enthousiaste schoolverlaters ook welkom zijn.
  • Sterke people skills en de capaciteit om een team te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Een echte meewerkende leider die het team inspireert door zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en oplossingsgericht denken.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent flexibel in uren
  • Talen: Nederlands, liefst ook mondje Engels en Frans
