The posting

Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de volledige techniekentak van Zerobuild. Je start met een leeg blad en bepaalt zelf hoe het pakket eruitziet. Daarna volg je het mee op in verkoop en uitvoering.

Het techniekenpakket uitwerken

  • Je werkt per discipline (elektriciteit, ventilatie, sanitair, verwarming en zonnepanelen) uit welke oplossingen we aanbieden voor residentiële projecten.
  • Je bepaalt welke systemen en materialen we gebruiken, hoe ze samenwerken en welke combinaties geschikt zijn voor welk type woning.
  • Je stelt materiaallijsten en standaardpakketten op, en zorgt dat die aansluiten op de wettelijke eisen en normen (zoals het AREI en de EPB-regelgeving).
  • Je zoekt uit hoe de technieken het best geïntegreerd worden in een woning gebouwd met ons ICF- systeem.

Handleidingen voor zelfbouwers

  • Je schrijft duidelijke, praktische handleidingen waarmee zelfbouwers de technieken zelf (of deels zelf) kunnen plaatsen.
  • Je legt uit wat zelfbouwers zelf kunnen doen en waarvoor een erkende installateur of keuring nodig is.
  • Je ontwikkelt eventueel ondersteunend materiaal zoals schema’s, checklists of instructievideo’s.

Offertemodule en prijszetting

  • Je bouwt samen met onze IT partner een offertemodule waarmee we per project snel en correct een prijs kunnen berekenen voor het techniekenpakket.
  • Je werkt de calculatie uit: materiaalhoeveelheden, inkoopprijzen, marges en eventuele diensten.
  • Je stemt af met onze leveranciers over assortiment, prijzen en levertermijnen.

Verkoop en projectopvolging

  • Je ondersteunt het verkoopteam bij gesprekken met klanten over technieken en beantwoordt technische vragen.
  • Je bespreekt technische plannen en keuzes met klanten, architecten en aannemers.
  • Je volgt verkochte projecten op: bestellingen, technische ondersteuning tijdens de uitvoering en, waar nodig, werfbezoeken.
  • Je verzamelt feedback uit de praktijk en verbetert het pakket, de handleidingen en de offertemodule continu.

Verdere uitbouw

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de techniekentak en denkt mee over de groei ervan: nieuwe producten, efficiëntere processen en, op termijn, eventuele uitbreiding van het team.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de sector, met technieken voor residentiële gebouwen.
  • Je hebt een brede kennis van elektriciteit, ventilatie, sanitair, verwarming (waaronder warmtepompen) en zonnepanelen. Je bent misschien in één discipline sterker, maar je overziet het geheel.
  • Je kent de relevante regelgeving en normen, zoals het AREI en de EPB-eisen of kan deze snel en correct opzoeken en raadplegen.
  • Je kan technische kennis eenvoudig en duidelijk uitleggen, zowel op papier als in een gesprek. Je schrijft vlot en gestructureerd.
  • Je kan werken met calculaties en bent nauwkeurig met cijfers.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid. Je hebt geen kant-en-klaar kader nodig, maar bouwt het zelf op.
  • Je bent klantgericht en voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met particulieren, architecten en aannemers.
  • Je bent vlot met de computer.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.

Een plus

  • Ervaring met tekenprogramma’s zoals Vectorworks of AutoCAD.
  • Ervaring met offertes of calculatie in een installatie- of groothandelsomgeving.
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden van particuliere bouwheren.
