Ben jij een ervaren chauffeur die zich graag in een veelzijdige rol wil ontwikkelen, waarin zowel operationele als administratieve verantwoordelijkheden komen kijken? En ben je bereid om flexibel te werken, zelfs tijdens de nachten? Als je op deze vragen volmondig ja kunt zeggen, dan is de functie van distributiecoördinator de kans waar je op hebt gewacht!

In deze dynamische rol speel je een sleutelrol in de organisatie, coördinatie en het toezicht op onze distributieactiviteiten, terwijl je ook actief als chauffeur aan de slag gaat. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • distributieroutes opstellen en optimaliseren
  • nieuwe klanten integreren in de bestaande routes
  • aanpassingen doorvoeren bij operationele wijzigingen

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige opvolging en administratie:

  • het bijhouden van gewerkte uren en prestaties van de chauffeurs
  • de administratie beheren, zoals retouren en klantendossiers
  • facturen gerelateerd aan distributie controleren en goedkeuren

Als operationeel aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en medewerkers op de laadkade, zorg je ervoor dat de distributie soepel en correct verloopt. Ben jij bereid om ook daadwerkelijk op de werkvloer aanwezig te zijn wanneer dat nodig is?

Je maakt gebruik van een geldig rijbewijs van categorie C of CE en bent verantwoordelijk voor het leveren en ophalen van goederen bij klanten. Houd er rekening mee dat deze functie voornamelijk 's nachts plaatsvindt, tussen 00:00 en 10:00 uur.

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die zich herkennen in het volgende profiel:

  • een geldig rijbewijs van categorie C of CE, inclusief code 95, medische keuring en chauffeurskaart
  • minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als chauffeur (ervaring in distributie is een plus)
  • goede beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en gevoel voor de chauffeursomgeving
  • georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
  • flexibel en bereid om 's nachts te werken
