Dan hebben we een mooie plek voor je in ons team. Voor onze groeiende organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Verkoopmedewerker Binnendienst. Ons team wordt uitgebreid en daarom zoeken we iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt, makkelijk schakelt en ervoor zorgt dat klantvragen soepel hun weg vinden naar onze productie. Jouw rol: van klantvraag naar productie Als Verkoopmedewerker Binnendienst ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en productie. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar duidelijke offertes en correcte productieorders en bewaakt het hele traject. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • het onderhouden van contact met klanten en het beantwoorden van hun vragen; • het opstellen en calculeren van offertes; • het commercieel afhandelen van kleinere projecten; • het verwerken en controleren van orders in het ERP-systeem; • het bewaken van prijzen, marges, leverafspraken en verwachtingen; • het afstemmen met collega's van verkoop, technische voorbereiding en productie; Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat een klantvraag niet blijft liggen, maar goed en duidelijk wordt vertaald naar wat er intern moet gebeuren . Commercieel én administratief sterk Deze functie vraagt om iemand die commercieel denkt, maar ook graag zorgt dat de administratie tot in de puntjes klopt. Je vindt het leuk om met klanten te overleggen, mee te denken en verwachtingen goed te managen. Tegelijkertijd ben je nauwkeurig in offertes, orders, calculaties en systemen. Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, doorvraagt wanneer iets niet duidelijk is en collega's op tijd weet te vinden.
