Onze specialiteit ? Pers, boeken, tabak, drank en snacks, Nationale Loterij, multimedia, dienstverleningen ..... kortom, alles wat de klant graag in zijn buurtwinkel komt kopen.

Onze kracht ? We hebben verkooppunten in het hele land : meer dan 180 winkels in stations, winkelstraten, shoppingcentra en andere strategische locaties met ruime openingsuren voor de behoeftes van elke klant.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen ?

  • Je verwelkomt klanten met een glimlach en zorgt voor een warme, professionele service.
  • Je luistert naar hun noden en adviseert met kennis van zaken.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en creëert tevreden, trouwe klanten.
  • Je bent in staat om de winkel volledig van A tot Z te beheren – van bestellingen en voorraadbeheer tot administratie en kassa-afhandeling.
  • Je bent in staat om een klein team te leiden en te coachen, zodat iedereen zich betrokken en gemotiveerd voelt.
  • Je houdt de winkel netjes, overzichtelijk en uitnodigend, volledig volgens het imago van Press Shop & More.
  • Je waakt over de administratieve opvolging en naleving van interne procedures.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met je teamleider en het hoofdkantoor om een vlot winkelverloop te garanderen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een positieve, motiverende teamsfeer.
