Zorg jij mee voor een veilig en efficiënt verpakkingsproces? Als verpakkingsoperator werk je nauwkeurig in een farmaceutische productieomgeving.

Je komt terecht in een stabiele farmaceutische productieomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne centraal staan. Procedures worden strikt gevolgd en tegelijk krijg je de kans om actief mee te denken over verbeteringen op de werkvloer.

Als verpakkingsoperator zorg je ervoor dat de verpakkingslijn vlot blijft draaien. Je volgt productie-instructies nauwkeurig, controleert de kwaliteit en grijpt in bij kleine storingen. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en volgt steeds de geldende GMP-richtlijnen.

- Je vult verpakkingsmaterialen tijdig aan zodat de productielijn vlot blijft draaien. - Je bewaakt het verpakkingsproces en stuurt bij wanneer er kleine storingen optreden. - Je voert tijdens het productieproces de nodige kwaliteitscontroles uit. - Je waakt over veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne aan de verpakkingslijn. - Je houdt je werkplek schoon en ordelijk. - Je reinigt de productielijn en materialen tijdens of na productieopdrachten. - Je meldt incidenten en afwijkingen meteen aan de ploegverantwoordelijke. - Je geeft technische storingen correct door aan de technische dienst. - Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan het verpakkingsproces. - Je helpt het rendement te optimaliseren zonder in te boeten op veiligheid of kwaliteit. - Je werkt nauwgezet volgens de geldende werkvoorschriften en GMP-richtlijnen.
