Ben jij die zelfstandige en betrokken Verpleegkundige die toe is aan een nieuwe uitdaging? Ligt jouw verpleegkundige hart in de wijkverpleging en spreekt onze visie jou aan? Kom dan werken bij de RijnWaal Zorggroep. We zijn namelijk op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die in ons wijkteam werkt als verpleegkundige. Wat ga je doen? Je verleent zelfstandig verpleegkundige zorg aan onze cliënten in hun thuissituatie en je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Je verricht, ter ondersteuning van de wijkverpleegkundige, intakegesprekken en zorgevaluaties uit en geeft advies met betrekking tot de indicatie. De wensen, behoeften, mogelijkheden en verwachtingen van de cliënten zijn de basis voor het zorgplan. Je houdt hierbij altijd rekening met wat iemand zelf nog kan en stimuleert hem/haar daar dan ook in. Verder coördineer je het zorgproces èn weet hierin de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Daarbij denk je overstijgend in oplossingen en mogelijkheden. Je checkt regelmatig bij de cliënt en en/of naast betrokkene of hij/zij tevreden is en past zo nodig het zorgproces aan. Uiteraard sta jij voor kwaliteit en werkt voortdurend aan het bevorderen en het bewaken hiervan. Je vindt het leuk om jouw eigen vakinhoudelijke deskundigheid verder uit te breiden en te delen met jouw team en de rest van de organisatie. Wat mag je van ons verwachten? Behalve flexibiliteit, een fijne werksfeer en een organisatiebuddy die jou de eerste maanden wegwijs maakt binnen RijnWaal Zorggroep, krijg je ook een salaris passend bij je werkervaring en opleiding (FWG schaal 45). Daarnaast zijn er goede aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden. Je krijgt meteen een vast contract, mag je rekenen op een eindejaarsuitkering en natuurlijk vakantiedagen en vakantiegeld. Je wordt regelmatig getrakteerd op kleine attenties om te laten zien hoe blij we met jou zijn. Wij vinden het namelijk heel belangrijk dat onze collega's lekker in hun vel zitten en vitaal aan het werk zijn en blijven. ...
