Als Verpleegkundige in de thuiszorg ben je de spil in de zelfstandigheid van cliënten. Je biedt niet alleen zorg, maar ook een luisterend oor en een helpende hand, waardoor mensen langer comfortabel in hun eigen omgeving kunnen blijven wonen. Jouw inzet zorgt voor rust en vertrouwen bij cliënten en hun families. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen en persoonlijke verzorging. Denk aan wondverzorging, medicatie toedienen, injecteren, maar ook hulp bij wassen en aankleden. Je signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van cliënten en rapporteert deze nauwkeurig. De werkzaamheden zijn divers en elke dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is.
