In het kort... - Goede werk- privé balans - Werk in een hecht en vast team Hoe jij impact kunt maken als Verpleegkundige Na behandeling (ver)blijft een deel van onze cliënten op de verpleegafdeling. Gastvrijheid, uitstekende service en goede zorg gaan hier hand in hand om de beste resultaten in herstel te kunnen behalen. Jij begeleidt als verpleegkundige de cliënt van binnenkomst tot en met ontslag. Na een kort inwerktraject op de afdeling word je direct ingezet op alle diensten. Door jouw ervaring in de zorg weet jij precies wat daarvoor nodig is. Voor jou is een cliënt niet zo maar iemand. In deze functie bij Bergman Clinics krijg je veel ruimte voor 1-op-1 contact met cliënten. Wat ga je doen? - Bewaken, observeren en controleren van een geopereerde cliënt op de verpleegafdeling - Rapporteren over verleende zorg en deze overdragen volgens procedure - Postoperatieve informatie geven over o.a. revalidatie, wondverzorging, relevante telefoonnummers, postoperatieve complicaties en gebruik van medicatie - Coördineren, plannen, uitvoeren en evalueren van de verpleegkundige zorg op een gastvrije en professionele manier - Samen met de medisch specialisten (orthopeden, gynaecologen), anesthesiologen, medewerkers van de OK en de polikliniek lever je een actieve bijdrage aan verbeteringen/ontwikkelingen betreffende het gehele zorgproces. - Pro-actief meedenken over het inrichten van werkprocessen ...
