FAWE unabhängiger Versicherungsmakler ist ein renommiertes Wiener Maklerbüro mit Sitz im 10. Bezirk. Seit vielen Jahren betreut FAWE Privat- und Firmenkund_innen in allen Sparten der Versicherung. Unabhängige Beratung, persönliche Betreuung und individuelle Lösungen stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt. Wir suchen ab sofort zur Verstärkung des Teams eine engagierte/n: 1 Versicherungsangestellte/n (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Kund_innen

* Organisation von Terminen sowie laufende Korrespondenz

* Selbstständige Abwicklung allgemeiner Büro- und Innendienstagenden

* Beratung von Kund_innen in allen Versicherungssparten im Innendienst

* Unterstützung bei der Vertragsverwaltung und Bestandsbetreuung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung oder

fundierte einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Versicherungs-Innendienst

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse ( bestmöglich auch CCA9 Erfahrung )

* Erfahrung in der Büroorganisation

* Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches Auftreten, Genauigkeit und Freude am Kund_innenkontakt

* Freitag: 08:30 - 13:30 Uhr
