Was du bei uns machst

* Als Kund_innenberater_in bist Du Ansprechperson für unsere Versicherten

* Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden im Privat- und KMU-Bereich

* Neukundengewinnung und Ausbau der bestehenden Kund_innenbeziehungen

* Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse und Anbieten von massgeschneiderten Versicherungs-, Vorsorge- und Vermögenslösungen

* Erledigung der administrativen Aufgaben, z.B. Erstellung von Offerte und Abwicklung der Korrespondenz

Kompetenzen.

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene Berufslehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche

* Deutsch der Tätigkeit entsprechend (Kund_innenberatung)

* jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil

* Kund_innen- und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie verkäuferisches Talent

* Zielstrebige und selbständige Persönlichkeit, die sich schnell an verändernde Situationen anpassen und sich in neue Themen eindenken kann

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und am Ausbau des eigenen Netzwerks

* FSB und PKW von Vorteil

Mindestgehalt Jahresbrutto gem. KV Handel EUR 32.294,97 I je nach Qualifikation Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung
