IT und Business Skills. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Graz suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen

Zeitpunkt eine_n Mitarbeiter:in für Vertriebsinnendienst und Administration in Teilzeit ab 30

Wochenstunden.

Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben zählen

* Bearbeitung und Koordination eingehender

Kundenanfragen

* Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung

von Angeboten

* Kontrolle und Buchung von Bestellungen

* Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und

Auftragsdaten

* Administrative Unterstützung des

Vertriebsteams

* Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von

Bestands- und Neukund:innen

* Koordination interner Termine und

organisatorischer Abläufe

* Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen

und der Sales-Teamleitung

Gewünschte Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der

Administration von Vorteil

* Freude an organisatorischen Aufgaben und am

Kundenkontakt

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige

Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches, kompetentes und professionelles

Auftreten

* Interesse an IT, Erwachsenenbildung und

Weiterbildungslösungen

* entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Sichere IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in

MS Office

fundierten Einschulung erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit langfristiger Perspektive - in einem

dynamischen Team mit familiärer Atmosphäre und einer guten Work-Life-Balance. Ihr Monats-Bruttogehalt

beträgt mindestens € 2.547,- (lt. IT-Kollektivvertrag) bei Vollbeschäftigung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung

je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
