The posting

Als Verzorgende IG ben je verantwoordelijk voor de individuele zorg van cliënten. Je werkt nauw samen met alle betrokken disciplines zoals praktijkverpleegkundigen, artsen, specialisten, ergo- en fysiotherapeuten. Met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen in de woonomgeving en zorg je voor een prettige sfeer, zodat de cliënten zich thuis en veilig voelen. Je signaleert, levert en coördineert zorg 'op maat'.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Verzorgende IG bij een van de locaties van onze samenwerkende zorginstelling, Vivium Zorggroep. Vivium Zorggroep heeft meerdere locaties, welke zijn: Stichtse Hof (Laren), De Dennen (Laren), Johanneshove (Laren), Godelinde (Bussum), Antonius Hof (Bussum), De Gooise Warande (Bussum), De Zandzee (Bussum), Hogewey (Weesp), Oversingel (2) (Weesp), Naardeerheem (Naarden), De Vesting (Naarden), Ruyterstraat (Huizen), De Bolder (Huizen), Torendael (Amsterdam) en Torenhof (Blaricum).

De locatie en de uren zijn bespreekbaar. Ook gaan wij graag met je in gesprek over wat jouw wensen zijn. Het is mogelijk om eerst een moment mee te lopen om sfeer de proeven en de afdelingen te ervaren.

Als Verzorgende IG ben je verantwoordelijk voor de individuele zorg van cliënten. Je werkt nauw samen met alle betrokken disciplines zoals praktijkverpleegkundigen, artsen, specialisten, ergo- en fysiotherapeuten. Met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen in de woonomgeving en zorg je voor een prettige sfeer, zodat de cliënten zich thuis en veilig voelen. Je signaleert, levert en coördineert zorg 'op maat'. Naast de zorg heb je ook een rol in het welbevinden van de bewoners. Je speelt samen eens een spelletje, leert de kleinkinderen kennen door de verhalen bij de foto's of leest samen met de bewoner de krant.
