Of je nu werkt als Verzorgende IG, Helpende of Helpende Plus: samen zorgen we ervoor dat klanten zich gezien, gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen. Verzorgende IG (niveau 3) Als Verzorgende IG ben jij een onmisbare schakel in de dagelijkse zorg. Je begeleidt klanten bij hun persoonlijke verzorging, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en signaleert veranderingen in hun gezondheid. Wat je doet: Uitvoeren van dagelijkse verzorging en verpleegtechnische handelingen (zoals medicatie, wondzorg, katheterisatie). Observeren, rapporteren en bijhouden van zorgdossiers. Ondersteunen bij persoonlijke verzorging en ADL-activiteiten. Opbouwen van een warme band met cliënten en hun naasten. Helpende (niveau 2) Als Helpende ondersteun je klanten bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en draag je bij aan een prettige, veilige sfeer. Met jouw aandacht en positieve houding maak je elke dag een verschil. Wat je doet: Helpen bij wassen, aankleden en maaltijden. Ondersteunen bij lichte huishoudelijke taken. Cliënten motiveren om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te blijven. Een luisterend oor bieden en zorgen voor een fijne dag. Helpende Plus (niveau 2) Als Helpende Plus combineer je de warme zorg van een Helpende met extra zorgtaken. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld medicatie aanreiken of eenvoudige wondzorg uitvoeren. Wat je doet: Alle taken van de Helpende, plus medicatie- en wondverzorging. Signaleren van veranderingen in welzijn en dit bespreken met collegae. Meedenken over hoe de zorg nóg beter en persoonlijker kan. Wat wij bieden Flexibele werktijden en afwisselende locaties. Persoonlijke begeleiding en mogelijkheden om door te groeien
