Dan hebben wij een mooie vacature voor je in een van onze zelforganiserende wijkteams in Oegstgeest. In dat team heeft ieder een eigen rol en organiseren jullie samen het hele zorgproces voor de cliënt: van intake tot ontslag. In ons wijkteam bied je persoonlijke verzorging, verpleging en begeleiding die aansluit bij de behoeften en wensen van de cliënt. Je werkt zelfstandig tijdens je route, terwijl je altijd kunt rekenen op de ondersteuning en samenwerking van je collega's. - Optimisme en creativiteit Je hebt met veel verschillende soorten mensen te maken. Jij laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan en weet hoe je de cliënt zo goed mogelijk kunt verzorgen en begeleiden. - Teamwork Jij staat er niet alleen voor. Met je collega's verdeel je de taken die horen bij de zorg voor de cliënten. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld cliëntenplanning zijn, maar ook kwaliteit bewaken of roosters maken. We plannen de routes zo dat je met je fiets op pad kunt - als je daar zin in hebt natuurlijk. - Een diploma Je hebt de opleiding verzorgende IG/verpleegkunde met succes afgerond en hebt er zin in om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. En natuurlijk zorgen wij dat alle andere zaken ook goed geregeld zijn. Zo zorgen wij voor: - een vast contract - een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg, voor de functie verzorgende IG FWG 40 (minimaal € 2.981,- en maximaal € 3.864,-) en voor de functie verpleegkundige FWG 45 (minimaal € 3.157,- en maximaal € 4.245,-) bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week afhankelijk van opleiding, kennis en werkervaring - een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, vakantiegeld van 8% en deelname aan het pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn - de mogelijkheid om met voordeel een fiets, lapt...
