Dan is dit jouw kans om het verschil te maken. In deze organisatie ben je niet één van de verzuimexperts, maar dé verzuimexpert! Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een Verzuimcoach die landelijk actief is. In deze rol krijg je de ruimte om regie te voeren op verzuim, preventie verder te ontwikkelen en jouw expertise dagelijks in te zetten waar die het meest nodig is. Als Verzuimcoach ben jij dé expert op het gebied van verzuim en preventie. Je begeleidt leidinggevenden, adviseert medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat verzuimdossiers zorgvuldig en WVP-proof worden opgepakt. Je bent de enige Verzuimcoach binnen de organisatie. Dat betekent veel zelfstandigheid, veel invloed en volop ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten. Tegelijkertijd werk je nauw samen met HR en leidinggevenden en kun je altijd sparren met collega's binnen andere divisies. Je houdt je bezig met: - Het begeleiden van de verzuimdossiers en het waarborgen van een WVP-proof aanpak; - Het coachen en adviseren van leidinggevenden bij verzuimvraagstukken; - Het voeren van verzuim- en inzetbaarheidsgesprekken met medewerkers; - Het signaleren van trens en kansen en deze vertalen naar de praktijk; - Versterken van preventieve, duurzame inzetbaarheid binnen de organisatie; - Het vertalen van verzuiminzichten naar concrete acties. Je werkt landelijk en verdeelt je tijd tussen locaties, kantoor en thuis. Iedere dinsdag werk je op kantoor in Rijssen voor overleg en het teamgevoel te versterken. Flexibiliteit hoort bij de functie. Sommige gesprekken vinden plaats in de avond, maar daar staat tegenover dat je veel vrijheid krijgt om je agenda zelfstandig in te delen en een goede werk- en privé balans te behouden. - Landelijk - 32 - 40 uur Functie-eisen Wat neem je mee?
