Samen met de Vestigingsmanager Aftersales vorm je de dagelijkse leiding van de vestiging, waarbij jij eindverantwoordelijk bent voor het commerciële resultaat en de ontwikkeling van de verkooporganisatie. Je geeft leiding aan het verkoopteam, bewaakt de voortgang van commerciële trajecten en zorgt dat leads, offertes en klantcontacten consequent en professioneel worden opgevolgd. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan de dagelijkse verkoop: je stuurt op commerciële prestaties, signaleert kansen in de markt en zorgt dat de salesactiviteiten van de vestiging structureel verder worden ontwikkeld. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de showroomvloer en weet wat er speelt bij klanten en collega's. Je coacht het team in de dagelijkse praktijk, geeft heldere feedback en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Daarbij stuur je gericht op verkoopaantallen, marge, klanttevredenheid, kwaliteit en overige commerciële KPI's. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van het verkoopteam; - Eindverantwoord zijn voor de salesactiviteiten en commerciële resultaten van de vestiging; - Sturen op verkoopaantallen, marge, klanttevredenheid en overige commerciële KPI's; - Bewaken en verbeteren van de opvolging van leads, offertes en lopende verkooptrajecten; - Ondersteunen van verkoopadviseurs bij complexe klantgesprekken en onderhandelingen; - Zelf actief bijdragen aan de verkoop van nieuwe en gebruikte Volvo's; - Bespreken van resultaten en commerciële kansen met het team; - Zorgen voor een representatieve showroom en een profess...
