Voorman technische dienst in Harderwijk Voor een moderne productieomgeving in Harderwijk zoeken wij een voorman technische dienst. Je stuurt een technisch team aan (bestaande uit ca. 27 operators), werkt zelf mee in onderhoud en storingen en zorgt dat machines optimaal blijven draaien. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar techniek centraal staat en waar je veel vrijheid krijgt om verbeteringen door te voeren en met groeimogelijkheden richting hoofd technische dienst. Over de functie - Je start de dag met een afstemming over storingen, onderhoud en prioriteiten. - Je verdeelt het werk binnen het team en pakt zelf taken op waar nodig. - Je coördineert en begeleidt monteurs bij onderhoud en storingen. - Je werkt zelf mee, vooral in de eerste periode om het team en machines te leren kennen. - Je stemt dagelijks af met productie over planning en stilstanden. - Je schakelt met leveranciers over onderdelen en ondersteuning. - Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en procesoptimalisatie. Over het bedrijf Je komt te werken bij een productiebedrijf in Harderwijk dat verpakkingsoplossingen ontwikkelt en produceert voor klanten in onder andere de food- en industriesector. Het gaat om een omgeving waar zowel seriematige productie als klantspecifiek maatwerk wordt geleverd. In totaal werken er ruim 150 collega's, waarvan een groot deel in de productieomgeving. Er wordt gewerkt in een ploegensysteem waardoor de productie continu draait en techniek een cruciale rol speelt in het proces. De werkomgeving is modern en technisch ingericht, met een uitgebreid machinepark waarin mechanica, elektrotechniek en automatisering samenkomen. Naast het werk is er natuurlijk zeker aandacht voor teamgevoel en werkplezier! Wat wij vragen - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding richting mechatronica of vergelijkbaar. - Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een technische onderhouds- of productieomgeving. - Je hebt kennis van mechanica, elektrotechniek ...
