Unsere Schlosserei ist das zentrale Rückgrat der Instandhaltung unserer Baumaschinen und Anlagen. 1 Vorarbeiter Abbruch/Entkernung (M/W/D) AUFGABEN

* Hier packst Du mit an, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Baustellen

* Mit Ihrer fachgerechten und fairen Führung motivieren Sie Ihre Mitarbeier/innen, höchst qualitative Leistungen zu erbringen

* Anleitung des Teams auf der Baustelle

* Mitarbeit bei allen anfallenden Arbeitern (Abbruch, Entkernung, Räumung, Transport und Entsorgung)

* Sichere und eigenständige Bedienung von Baumaschinen

* Überwachung des Arbeitsablaufes und des Zeitplans inkl. Dokumentation

IHR PROFIL

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Abbruch

* Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich) BE von Vorteil

* Sie sind eine Führungspersönlichkeit

* Organisationstalent und ausgeprägete Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungskraft

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Ausdauer
